GOOD NEWS, GOOD NEWS
So I’ve been dreading today like you would not BELIEVE. I had the final doctor’s appointment where we were going to do another EKG test (electrocardiogram, a recording of the electrical activity of the heart) and go over the insane amount of lab work done AND do a final physical.
If everything went PERFECTLY, I could possibly be approved to start a new medication that would make things much, much better. Any discrepancy, though, and we were back at square one. This last week sucked at some points, so I was terrified.
And everything went perfectly. I’m approved.
I am just so damn happy right now. We’re gonna monitor it but so far, this drug has worked insanely well for a lot of people. The doctor is optimistic.
