Most of us have had parents at some point in our lives, and at some point in there we might even feel that we just haven’t done enough for them.
The following scene describes a night out at a restaurant for an elderly couple (in their late 60’s or early 70’s, whatever makes it more realistic for you) thanks to their eldest son, who thought it would be a nice way for his parents to break out of the ‘old person funk’ that he thought they were clearly in.
Why did he think so?
Once upon a time, I helped this weirdo write this thing about old people and fine dining. It was back when I could actually write more than 3 sentences without getting completely bored of my own voice in my head.
