Turns out all I have to do now to get into an Everyman sleep cycle is take a freaking nap or 2 during the day. This seems counterproductive.
Maybe this is just my body’s way of telling me it’s ready for polyphasic sleep… 3 hours here, 15-20 min there. Need to reasearch this.
Presently in the process of making a pact w/myself - Thoughts & things I need to move toward. Can’t wait for things to just fall in my lap.
Argh. Perhaps the floor wasn’t such a good idea after all. In other news, guess who’s awake at 4 in the morning… Again!!! FFFFUUUU—
I’m itchy, crampy, headachey, grumpy. So I’m spending the day on ED & eating chili cheese fries. Got a prob w/that? Yeah, I didn’t think so.
Ugh. I would kill for a klonapin right about now. Seriously.

Fell back asleep for an hr. Woke up just now to an anxiety attack. Plus, it’s hot already. Monday, my dear, you are not off to a good start.
